For the eighth time, we invite nature and running enthusiasts to participate in the Suprask Forest Marathon, which will take place on August 30, 2025. The SML is not just a race, but above all, a meeting with oneself and quality time in the beautiful surroundings of the PLSP gardens in Supraśl. We offer several beautiful kilometers through the charming Knyszyńska Forest, vegan food, regional highlights, and numerous attractions for children, creating a family atmosphere. The distances are: 42 km (start at 9:00 AM, limit 7 hours), 21 km (start at 9:30 AM, limit 3 hours), 10 km (start at 10:00 AM, limit 1.5 hours), as well as races for the youngest participants.
